A Little Walk on the Thai Side

For dinner I made Thai Chickpeas from Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure by Lorna Sass, which I have out from the library.



They were really great, and the total cooking time was 18 minutes.

I'm starting to get the feeling that all my dishes look the same...

Do you have a pressure cooker? Or is it possible to make some of the recipes without one?

I do have a relatively inexpensive pressure cooker. All the recipes in Lorna Sass's "Great Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure" require a pressure cooker, but the recipes in "Lorna Sass's Complete Vegetarian Kitchen" are written with a stovetop option.
